    包裝板熱壓拔取的溫度 包裝板，重要依據膠料快速化學(xué)反映所需的前提和供給揮發(fā)膠層水分所的熱量。為了縮短熱壓周期 包裝板批發(fā)，一般都采取高于膠層固化所需的溫度。對于薄包裝板和每格壓合張數少的可以采取較高的溫度，可是對于多層包裝板或每格壓合張數多的為了防止卸壓進(jìn)程呈現“鼓泡”，往往采取稍低的溫度。合板坯在熱壓進(jìn)程中，溫度上升是有紀律的單張熱壓只須要8~15s，膠層溫度即到達100~C以上，45～60s就能使膠層固化。
