    膠合板的制作流程包括哪些？

    雖然膠合板也被稱(chēng)為多層實(shí)木板，但這實(shí)質(zhì)上只是商家為了名稱(chēng)上的"美觀(guān)性"有意命名的，跟實(shí)木本身沒(méi)有什么關(guān)系。所以大家不要因為在板材之中多看了一眼它的名稱(chēng)，就以為膠合板是實(shí)木板材了。膠合板的制作流程一般如下：

    旋切：先把原木旋切成薄木皮。
    涂膠：在切下來(lái)的薄木皮上涂上膠。
    組胚：將涂好膠的薄木皮組合在一起。
    冷壓：將組合在一起的薄木皮進(jìn)行冷壓變成木板。
    熱壓：對冷壓后的木板再進(jìn)行熱壓。
    砂光：熱壓完冷卻后鋸邊，再對板材表面進(jìn)行砂光。
