    包裝板是怎么運用的？

    包裝板是用于設備，儀器，零件等運輸出廠(chǎng)包裝箱的制作。根據檔次不同又可分為板心、一次成型面板、貼面板。其中板心經(jīng)過(guò)打膩子等幾道手續貼上不同檔次花樣的面皮。
    包裝板的運用：在裁板時(shí)需運用80齒以上合金鋸片，鋸片應高于包裝板外表一公分，電鋸轉數不低于4000轉/分鐘。包裝板在現場(chǎng)被切開(kāi)或鉆孔，需在被切開(kāi)、鉆孔的邊際涂刷封邊漆。包裝板組拼時(shí)，水平包裝板直接組裝或拼縫處貼膠帶線(xiàn)筆直包裝板拼縫間加海綿絞條組裝。在包裝鐵板釘釘，打孔時(shí)要在下方墊方木，謹防懸空形成包裝板反面呈現劈裂。運用封阻塞密封穿墻螺栓孔。
