    產(chǎn)生的原因：
    1、 單板含水率太高或干燥不均勻
    2、 涂膠量過(guò)大
    3、 降壓速度過(guò)快或熱壓溫度過(guò)高
    4、 樹(shù)脂縮合程度不夠
    5、 熱壓時(shí)間不足
    解決的方法：
    1、 控制單板含水率在8～12％的范圍內
    2、 控制涂膠量符合工藝要求
    3、 降壓第2階段速度應緩慢，熱壓溫度應適當降低
    4、 檢查樹(shù)脂質(zhì)量
    5、 適當延長(cháng)熱壓時(shí)間
